Specifically, our products are produced in a private area of 4000 square meters. Our other facilities include a fully equipped testing laboratory and a biological filtering system. Also, our company with respect to the consumers, is closely following the developments of modern production methods due to its constantly evolving equipment.

 

QUALITY AND HYGIENE

With regard to product quality assurance and safety production, the company implements integrated control systems as required by the Greek food code and global applicable laws.
In close cooperation with a certified lab, we check the quality of milk from each producer, as well as the final stage of production, such as the microbial load of our products.
The Quality Management System and product production Hygiene applied by TYROKOMIKI ARGOLIDAS is certified according to the highest international standards: ISO 22000: 2005, ISO 9001: 2008 and FSSC 22000: 2010, FDA CERT HALAL CERT (international standard fully recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative).
